  • 100 g turkey bacon, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons fresh or dried rosemary
  • 1-2 teaspoons honey

Method
 

  1. Fry the turkey bacon and rosemary in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, then set aside on a paper towel.
  2. Carefully slice off the top rind of the camembert and place it on a microwave-safe plate.
  3. Microwave the camembert for about 45 seconds, or until fully melted and bubbling.
