Ingredients
  

  • 400 g coquillettes small pasta ideal for absorbing sauce
  • 300 g ground beef for protein and texture
  • 200 g raclette cheese for that melty, gooey goodness
  • 1 unit onion finely chopped to enhance flavor
  • 2 cloves garlic minced for aromatic depth
  • 200 ml heavy cream to make the dish luxuriously creamy
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil for sautéing

  • fresh parsley for garnish for a pop of color and freshness

Method
 

  1. Boil a large pot of salted water and cook the coquillettes until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté chopped onion and minced garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add ground beef to the skillet, breaking it apart, and season with salt and pepper as it cooks.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked coquillettes, beef mixture, and heavy cream, stirring gently.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and layer slices of raclette cheese on top.
  6. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and bake for about 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and golden.
