Notes

If you can't find Biscuits Roses de Reims, any crisp, pink biscuits can be used as a substitute. For an extra layer of flavor, consider soaking the crumbled biscuits in a bit of rose water before mixing them into the batter. Proper storage is crucial; keep at room temperature covered with a cloth for short-term, or wrap and refrigerate for longer storage. To serve it beautifully, accompany the cake with whipped cream, fresh berries, or edible rose petals for an elegant touch.
