- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, grated onion, minced garlic, ground cumin, ground coriander, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Add the chopped parsley and cilantro, and crack in the egg. Mix everything together until well combined.
- Divide the mixture into portions, shape into ovals, and thread onto the soaked bamboo skewers.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat and grill the skewers for 4-5 minutes on each side until cooked through and browned.
