Ingredients
  

  • 500 g ground beef
  • 1 onion grated
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 egg
  • q.s. Bamboo skewers soaked in water for 30 minutes

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, grated onion, minced garlic, ground cumin, ground coriander, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Add the chopped parsley and cilantro, and crack in the egg. Mix everything together until well combined.
  3. Divide the mixture into portions, shape into ovals, and thread onto the soaked bamboo skewers.
  4. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat and grill the skewers for 4-5 minutes on each side until cooked through and browned.

Notes
