- Pat the sirloin steak dry with paper towels and rub with the seasoning mixture.
- Heat olive oil in a large cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat; sear the steak for 3-4 minutes per side.
- Add 1 tablespoon of butter and minced garlic to the skillet in the last minute; baste the steak and remove it from the skillet to rest for at least 10 minutes.
- Cook the egg noodles according to package directions until al dente, then drain.
- In the same pot, melt 6 tablespoons of butter, add garlic, and cook for 1 minute. Pour in heavy cream and milk; simmer.
- Stir in Parmesan, salt, pepper, onion powder, and nutmeg until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Toss the cooked noodles in the creamy Parmesan sauce.
- Slice the rested steak against the grain and serve over the creamy noodles, drizzling with remaining melted butter and sprinkling more Parmesan.
