  • 100 g all-purpose flour
  • 150 g diced ham or chicken/turkey ham
  • 100 g grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 units onion finely chopped (optional)
  • 1 tbsp chopped chives or parsley
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • butter for greasing the dish

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, and milk until smooth.

  4. Fold in the diced ham, grated parmesan, chopped onion (if using), and fresh herbs.
  5. Grease your baking dish or ramekins with butter.

  7. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes until the top is golden brown and the center is set.
  8. Let the clafoutis cool slightly before slicing.
