  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, combine fresh cheese, thick cream, and lemon juice.
  2. Add chopped fresh dill, salt, and pepper; stir until homogenous and fluffy.
  3. Gently fold in the well-drained crab meat.
  4. Lay a large sheet of plastic wrap flat on your counter and arrange the bread or galettes on top, overlapping them.
  5. Spoon the crab and cream cheese mixture onto the bread canvas, spreading it evenly while leaving a tiny border at one end.
  6. Layer smoked salmon evenly over the creamy mixture, followed by cooked shrimp.
  7. Use the plastic wrap to aid in tightly rolling the bread and filling from one end.
  8. Chill the wrapped Seafood Flavor Log in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  9. When ready to serve, unroll the plastic wrap, slice into rounds about 1-inch thick, and garnish with fresh dill.
