- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Chop your onion and mince the garlic.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat, then add the onion and garlic, and sauté until translucent.
- Add the shrimp and diced salmon to the skillet and cook for about 5 minutes.
- Toss in the mussels and squeeze in the lemon juice; season with salt and pepper, and let cook for another 3-4 minutes until mussels open.
- Transfer the seafood mixture to a baking dish, pour the heavy cream over the top, and sprinkle grated cheese generously.
- Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes, until the top is golden and bubbly, then garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
