Ingredients
  

  • 300 g peeled shrimp
  • 200 g mussels
  • 150 g fresh salmon diced
  • 100 g grated cheese
  • 200 ml heavy cream
  • 2 cloves of garlic minced
  • 1 onion finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 juice of lemon
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • for garnish fresh parsley

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Chop your onion and mince the garlic.
  3. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat, then add the onion and garlic, and sauté until translucent.
  4. Add the shrimp and diced salmon to the skillet and cook for about 5 minutes.
  5. Toss in the mussels and squeeze in the lemon juice; season with salt and pepper, and let cook for another 3-4 minutes until mussels open.
  6. Transfer the seafood mixture to a baking dish, pour the heavy cream over the top, and sprinkle grated cheese generously.
  7. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes, until the top is golden and bubbly, then garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
