Notes

Feel free to get creative with your frosting and decorations! Simple buttercream or whipped cream can complement the basic cake beautifully. This basic recipe is very versatile; consider adding different flavors such as almond extract or lemon zest for a twist. Don't be afraid to experiment with fillings and toppings, like adding fresh fruits or a chocolate ganache for added flavor. Keep in mind that decorating takes patience, but it’s all part of the fun! You're making something special for a memorable occasion.
