- In a saucepan, heat 500 ml of milk over medium heat until warm but not boiling.
- Add 150 g of finely chopped dark chocolate to the saucepan and stir continuously until melted and smooth.
- Stir in 2 tablespoons of salted caramel and 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon until well combined.
- Optional: Whisk the mixture vigorously to create some mousse on top.
- Pour into mugs and top with whipped cream if desired.

Notes
For a dairy-free version, use almond milk or oat milk instead of regular milk. You can substitute dark chocolate with milk chocolate for a sweeter flavor.
