Ingredients
  

  • 680 g crevettes (shrimp), peeled and deveined
  • 3-4 tablespoons Calabrian chili paste
  • 10 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup fresh coriander, finely chopped
  • 6 tablespoons salted butter
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • to taste salt salt to taste

Method
 

  1. Melt butter and olive oil in a large skillet over medium-low heat.
  2. Cook chopped garlic in the melted butter mixture for 3-5 minutes, stirring constantly.
  3. Stir in Calabrian chili paste and half of the chopped coriander, cooking for one additional minute.
  4. Arrange the shrimp in a single layer in the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, sprinkling with salt.
  5. Transfer shrimp to a serving platter and garnish with remaining coriander, serving immediately.
