- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add oil.
- Once the oil shimmers, spread the enoki mushrooms evenly in the pan and cook undisturbed for about 3 minutes.
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, gochugaru, sweetener, fire chicken sauce, minced garlic, chopped green onions, and water until well combined.
- Flip the mushrooms and pour half of the sauce over them, cooking for another 4 to 5 minutes.
- Flip again and add the remaining sauce, cooking until it thickens and reduces, about 3 to 4 minutes.
- Transfer the Spicy Enoki Mushrooms to a serving plate, garnish with green onions and sesame seeds, and serve immediately.
