- Prepare the sauce by mixing all the sauce ingredients in a small bowl and set aside.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and cook the tuna steaks for about 3.5 minutes per side. Remove from pan and let rest.
- In the same skillet, add more oil and stir-fry the onion and red bell pepper until the onion turns translucent, then add the garlic and chili.
- Drizzle the fish sauce into the skillet and give everything a good stir to coat the veggies evenly.
- Toss in the cooked noodles, green onions, and reserved sauce, stir-fry for about a minute until everything is well combined.
- Remove from heat and stir in the basil leaves and lime juice.
- Serve the noodles in bowls, topped with tuna steak and garnished with extra basil, green onions, and lime wedges.
