Ingredients
  

  • 4 pieces Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese
  • 4 slices Ham
  • 1/4 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 1/4 cup Butter
  • 1/4 cup Dry white wine
  • 1/4 cup Chicken broth

Method
 

  1. Season each chicken breast with salt and pepper; layer a slice of Swiss cheese and a slice of ham on each, then roll tightly and secure with toothpicks.
  2. In one dish, mix flour, paprika, and garlic powder; in another, combine breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese.
  3. Dip each chicken roll in the flour mixture first, then coat with the breadcrumb mix; chill in the fridge for 15 minutes for a crispier crust.
  4. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat, add chicken rolls, and brown on all sides; remove to a baking dish.
  5. To the same skillet, add white wine and chicken broth, stirring until slightly thickened and pour over the chicken rolls.
