Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, salt, pepper, and any optional seasonings.
  3. In a greased baking dish, layer the cooked bacon or sausage at the bottom.
  4. Pour the egg mixture over the meat layer.
  5. Spread the shredded cheese evenly over the egg mixture.
  6. Place the frozen tater tots on top in a single layer.
