Ingredients
  

  • 900 g Beef Sirloin Cut into 3 cm cubes
  • 2 cups Fresh Pineapple Chunks
  • 1/2 cup Soy Sauce

  • Bowl for Marinating
  • Tongs for Flipping

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, mix the beef cubes with soy sauce until they’re fully coated, and let sit for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Thread the beef cubes onto skewers, alternating with pineapple chunks.
  3. Heat the grill to medium-high and place the skewers on it. Cook for about 3-4 minutes per side until beef is cooked and pineapple is charred.
