- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the ground turkey, breaking it apart with a wooden spoon. Sprinkle in garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until the turkey is browned and no pink remains.
- While the turkey cooks, wash and dry the lettuce leaves. Slice the avocado and chop the bell peppers and carrots. Arrange them on a plate for assembly.
- Spoon a portion of the cooked turkey onto each lettuce leaf. Top with avocado slices, shredded carrots, and bell peppers. Drizzle with soy sauce and lime juice for extra zing.
