- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and chop the onion and slice the mushrooms.
- In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat, add the chopped onion, and sauté until translucent and fragrant.

- Remove the skillet from heat and stir in the sour cream and half of the grated cheese.
- Place a spoonful of the mushroom filling on each turkey slice, roll it up tightly, and secure with a wooden skewer.
- Arrange the rolls in a baking dish, sprinkle the remaining cheese on top, and bake for 25-30 minutes.
