Ingredients
  

  • 400 g sliced turkey
  • 250 g fresh mushrooms
  • 150 g sour cream
  • 1 finely chopped onion
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 100 g grated cheese
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and chop the onion and slice the mushrooms.
  2. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat, add the chopped onion, and sauté until translucent and fragrant.
  3. Add the mushrooms to the skillet and cook until golden brown, seasoning with salt, pepper, and thyme.
  4. Remove the skillet from heat and stir in the sour cream and half of the grated cheese.
  5. Place a spoonful of the mushroom filling on each turkey slice, roll it up tightly, and secure with a wooden skewer.
  6. Arrange the rolls in a baking dish, sprinkle the remaining cheese on top, and bake for 25-30 minutes.
