- In a bowl, combine the chopped parsley, cilantro, minced garlic, salt, red pepper flakes, lemon juice, and olive oil. Mix well to combine and set aside.
- In a separate bowl, place the shrimp and pour half of the chimichurri sauce over them. Toss to coat and let marinate for 15-30 minutes.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add the marinated shrimp to the skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until opaque and cooked through.
- Remove the shrimp from the skillet and drizzle with the remaining chimichurri sauce. Serve immediately with your choice of sides.
