Ingredients
  

  • 3 medium zucchinis sliced into rounds
  • 200 g turkey lardons
  • 1 onion thinly sliced
  • 200 g Reblochon cheese sliced
  • 10 cl liquid cream
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat and sauté the zucchini slices for 5 to 7 minutes until golden and tender, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  3. In the same skillet, add the turkey lardons and sliced onions, cooking until the lardons are crispy and the onions are caramelized.
  4. In a gratin dish, layer sautéed zucchini followed by the lardon-onion mixture, repeating the layers until all ingredients are used.
  5. Top the layered ingredients with slices of Reblochon cheese and pour the liquid cream over the top.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes until the cheese is bubbling and golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven, let rest for a few minutes, and serve hot.
