- Flatten chicken breasts by covering with plastic wrap and pounding with a meat mallet until even.

- Cover and grill for another 3-4 minutes until cheese is melted and warm.
- Remove from grill, add fresh toppings like greens and herbs, and drizzle with olive oil or balsamic glaze as desired.
- Slice into wedges and serve.
